Cybil Shepherd -"I did have cosmetic surgery"

Actress Cybil Shepherd has admitted to having cosmetic surgery almost fifty years ago. The funny actress, best known for her role in the hit TV series "Moonlighting" had to have her lip fixed after a piece was torn out when she accidentally ran into a barbed wire fence. While teasingly stating that she had so much work to do, she wouldn’t know where to start, Shepherd admits to not liking the frozen look achieved by many actresses who have had work done.

Fears that Celebrity Big Brother contestant Jermaine Jackson may share his brother Michael's fondness for plastic surgery have been sparked after the singer sported a bizarre plaster arrangement on his nose. The former Jackson Five star stunned viewers when he appeared on screen yesterday with strips of tape covering his nostrils. Cosmetic surgeon Apostolos Gaitanis says, "The way the strips have been placed is the way we put them when we do rhinotip surgery. "These are like light paper stitches that must be kept on night and day for five or six days to keep the skin in the desired position."

Jackson is one of the favourites to win the TV contest, decided by public votes.

Veteran Spanish crooner and former Real goalkeeper Julio Iglesias has confessed he has undergone cosmetic surgery, but insists the surgeon's knife is too risky to tempt him again. The 63-year-old star admits he had his jawline tightened up several years ago, but he has ruled out further work because he wants to keep his famous Latin looks. He admits, "Six years ago I had cosmetic surgery in America. It wasn't a face-lift. It was a small operation to tighten up my jawline, although I wouldn't recommend it. "The danger is that the surgeon probably doesn't know you well enough so you can end up not looking like you."
