An overseas cosmetic surgery exhibition has sent out a frankly astonishing press release.
In it, a spokesman for The Health Tourism Show says "We have all learned a huge amount about health tourism over the two days of the show - and many of our exhibitors are delighted to have been at this inaugural event. At the next event, we will make a number of changes to further improve the event, including changing the event to a Friday and Saturday, changing the venue to better accomodate visitors and exhibitors, including a medical tourism conference to attract high-powered international medical tourism practitioners and - crucially - altering the marketing mix used to promote the show. We are sure that with a full year to organise and to promote the show - and with the knowledge that we have gained from staging the first-ever Health Tourism Show in London - that the second one will be a big success."
So, apart from the date, venue, visitor numbers and content, it was a success..
What was that quote about the patient living but the doctor dying ?
