Cosmetic surgeons develop new healing gel 7th March 2008
A leading cosmetic surgeon has helped to develop a new skin healing gel that aims to reduce scarring for patients.
The treatment, called Heal, has been developed by the respected surgeon Peter Butler and four colleagues, and has been successfully tested on patients who have had cosmetic surgery.
Mr Butler is also the surgeon who will attempt the first facial transplant in the UK next year.
