An American cheerleader has died after having cosmetic surgery.
18 year old Stephanie Kuleba is believed to have had an adverse reaction to anaesthetic and died after a period on life support.
According to reports in local newspapers in her home city of Boca Raton, Florida, Ms Kuleba had wanted to become a plastic surgeon herself.
Her death comes as figures from Britain's leading cosmetic surgery chains reveal that almost 600 teenagers had their breasts enlarged last year. One of the leading firms, Transform, performed 169 breast enlargements on 18 year olds and 19 year olds, up from 31 the year before.
